Job Description

Job Purpose:
Maintain the golf shop by focusing on merchandising and displays, retail sales, and customer service.

Duties:

Maintain golf shop mannequins and merchandise displayed
Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product and observing inventory levels
Build and maintain customer relationships by assisting golfers with shopping and day-to-day activities
Checking in golfers and other basic golf shop attendant duties as needed
Answer phone calls and email promptly to assist in booking tee times
Provide outstanding customer service to all customers

Skills/Qualifications:
Golf experience preferred; whether that be as a golfer or formerly working in the golf industry. Customer Focus, Organization, Client Relationships, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Quick Leaner for POS

Three to Five days per week, day shift
