What You'll Do:

  • Directs field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, construction and repair at customer locations throughout the United States.
  • Oversee the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Rely Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Determine schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction through programs to reduce delinquencies, provide for on-time delivery, and meet customer quality and cost expectations.
  • Actively seek customer interfaces to communicate and facilitate customer needs within the organization
  • Monitor tool and parts inventories and the condition and maintenance of service vehicles
  • Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services or repairs

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ Years project management or coordination experience with a general contractor, equipment manufacturer or equipment distributor.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps and motors)
  • Highly organized and efficient; Skilled at multitasking and able to effectively manage numerous orders / projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent with Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Projects / Planner, etc.
  • Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel requires up to 75%
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
