We're expanding our commissioning team and looking for Commissioning Agents who are passionate about ensuring high-performance facilities function flawlessly.

If you've worked with complex mechanical or electrical systems and want to break into (or grow within) the data center and mission-critical space, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do As a Commissioning Agent, you'll support the testing, validation, and performance of critical systems to ensure they operate as designed. Depending on your experience level, you'll: Execute and support commissioning of mechanical and/or electrical systems Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Review construction documents and validate system performance Develop and contribute to commissioning reports and documentation Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams Work in environments where uptime and reliability are critical What You'll Bring: You don't need to check every box-we care about your foundation, your problem-solving ability, and your willingness to learn.

Coming in with technical training and/or direct experience in the installation and/or maintenance of electrical or mechanical infrastructure systems is a big plus. Strong candidates may come from: Mission-critical environments Data Centers (ideal but not required) Hospitals Control Centers Field service or technical troubleshooting roles in Commercial or industrial HVAC Commercial or industrial Power distribution You likely have: Experience working with mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and think critically in the field Comfort working with technical documentation and creating reports Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Why Join TechSite. Travel Note: While the majority of our projects are located in Central Ohio, occasional travel to more distant project sites may be required. Approximately 80% of this role is performed on client sites. Ready to make an impact.
