Job Description

Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license is required. State Farm experience is preferred.

This is a part-time, in-house position. Please only apply if you can make the commute to our San Jose, CA location.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
