Job description

Provides operational support and servicing to all MedPro Group divisions, ensuring timely issuance of high-volume policies, endorsements, new business submissions, and other service requests.

  • Processes high-volume new business, renewals, and midterm adjustments into a mainframe, Oasis, OnBase or database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and process coverage verification requests.
  • Reviews, assembles and issues policies and endorsements.
  • Accountable for administrative tasks, including but not limited to;  scanning, indexing,  documentation, mailing and faxing
  • Updates SOP documentation for review by the Senior Manual Operations Associate or Manager. Coordinates with Senior MOA to audit and train other Manual Operations team members as needed.
  • Monitors daily reports/metrics and Induction pools per assigned business segment
  • Other duties as assigned.
