Job Description:
The Assembler is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics.
Responsibilities:
· Verify correct quantities of component parts and perform quality checks on completed items.
· Manage parts and tools inventory.
· Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and assemblies.
· Perform small precision assembly and technical work.
· Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints, and understand technical terms.
· Assemble items with electrical components such as switchboards, pumps, and motors.
· Discerning quality of parts and materials used in production.
· Test finished products for defects and ensure high-quality standards.
· Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace.
· Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability.
· Exhibit self-motivation, dependability, goal orientation, and teamwork.
· Communicate effectively and work comfortably in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
· US citizenship
· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
o Must present a copy prior to interview
· 2+yrs of relevant experience or mechanically inclined skills
o Will consider an auto mechanic
o Building small and complex objects either professionally or as a hobby, i.e.
· Entry level they must have mechanical schooling or 6+ months true mechanical manufacturing assembly experience building a product from start to finish
· Soldering is a plus (must be evident in resume)
Qualifications:
· Use of working with an array of precision hand tools and measuring devices
· Mandex test required (at time of interview)
· Interpret blueprints & work instructions (must be evident in resume)
· Ability to use test stand equipment and hand tools

· Basic math to use to measure products
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
