About The Program
The Marsh Summer P.R.E.P (Professional Readiness & Excellence Program) Series is a 7-session curriculum designed for undergraduate students with a focus on underrepresented talent to develop the necessary soft and hard skills in addition to building their network to land a role within the financial and professional services space. During the duration of the program, the participants will get to develop knowledge and skills in:
- Writing an effective cover letter and resume
- Submitting a successful Phenom digital assessment
- Building your brand and communication skills
- Refreshing your Excel skills and learning useful hacks
- Leveraging AI in your application process
- Opportunity to network with Marsh colleagues
This is a fully remote opportunity open to all students residing in the U.S. or Canada. This virtual 4-week program will be conducted via Zoom twice a week from July 9th to July 30th. Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM ET.
About You
- Students must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited U.S. or Canada college or university.
- Ideal for students seeking a 2027 summer internship
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and no later than later than Summer 2029.
- Must have the legal work authorization in the U.S. or Canada on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Note to all Canadian applicants: your Workday application will display a work authorization question that references the United States only. Canada-based applicants should answer this question based on your eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship. All candidates must have current and future legal work authorization in the U.S. or Canada.
