Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Program Manager is to oversee and facilitate daily operations of the Communication Skills educational programs.
**This is a remote position working Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm**
Program Management - Manages the daily operations of a Communication Skills programs and other role specific supporting programs. Uses independent judgement and critical thinking to respond to the operational needs, evaluations, and to implement program updates. Manages program related events, activities, sustainability initiatives, and materials. Evaluates curriculum, develops, implements, and facilitates education and program sustainability materials.
Program Data Analysis and Reporting - Prepares program statistical data in support of program reaccreditation, attendance tracking, strategic evaluation of data, and reporting. The Program Manager will analyze data, create reports and develop a dashboard in support of the internal and external patient experience metrics. Uses independent judgment and complex analysis to gather facts and determine appropriate solutions based on past experience.
Communications - Develops all program communications, including sustainability messaging and program websites. Provides excellent oral and written communication on behalf of the communications skills program.
Collaborate and Build Relationships - Builds relationships with departments and divisions throughout the institution and external stakeholders as needed, to facilitate participation, and support of communication skills initiatives.
Other Duties as Assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Master's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Educational Administration, or related field.
Experience
Required: Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
