Description

The South Bay's best and busiest restaurant is seeking hardworking and enthusiastic dishwashers to join their culinary team!

Compensation:

Base hourly rate of $16-$19 DOE
Share in tip pool (approx. $1-$3 additional per hour)
$500 Sign On Bonus
$200 / month towards medical insurance (Full time only)

Requirements

High volume restaurant experience preferred
No dishwashing experience required for those who possess the qualities listed above
Has a good sense of urgency
A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Resourceful and organized with clean work habits & attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Standing and walking eight-hour shifts
Ability to lift heavy items with ease when needed (at least 20-30 pounds)
Ability to communicate effectively
Bilingual a plus
