Your role is to exceed our guest’s expectations and you are the key to our restaurant’s success, as you contribute to delivering an excellent experience to our guests every time! Prior experience is a big plus, but for the right person, no experience is necessary, we will train you!

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

·      Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using the dishwasher or by hand if necessary

·      Keep dishwasher clean and immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to management

·      Monitor dishwasher water temperature and chemicals to ensure sanitary wash cycle

·      Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition

·      Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas

·      Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen

·      Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies

·      Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas

·      Sweep, scrub, and mop floors

·      Clean food preparation and production areas as required

·      Receive and store supplies as needed

·      Keep garbage receptacles clean and in good condition

·      Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas

·      Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss

·      Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant

·      Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement

·      Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations

·      Complete daily cleaning checklists

·      All other duties as assigned
