Patisserie 46 is seeking a WEEKEND DISHWASHER (Hours - 8 AM 4:00 PM Saturday & Sunday) to join our team!
Join the culinary excellence at Patisserie 46the epitome of French bakery artistry in the heart of South Minneapolis. We're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while supporting our talented bakery team behind the scenes.
JOB SUMMARY:
A bakery dishwasher's job involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment used in the baking process, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
PART TIME POSITION:
This role requires 16 hours per week, with shift hours from 8 AM - 4:00 PM.
Part-time position with compensation commensurate with experience.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
  • Operate dishwashing machines and clean kitchen equipment as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen floors
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks when required
  • follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not mandatory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a wet, hot, and sometimes noisy environment
