Our kitchen staff work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
The responsibility of our Prep person / Dishwasher is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures and ensuring dishes are washed properly. We have a commercial dishwashing machine plus handwashing is also required.
Job opportunities as the Prep/Dishwasher is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant job.

* Work night shift (2pm-Close, doing clean up chores) we close every night at 9pm, but usually takes 1 hour for clean up.
Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
