This position is responsible for overseeing the dishwashing team to ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use in a timely manner, supporting smooth kitchen operations. The supervisor will implement and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and guests. Additionally, this role involves coordinating workflow, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and training new team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Ultimately, the Steward / Dishwasher Supervisor ensures that the back-of-house operations contribute to an exceptional guest experience by maintaining impeccable hygiene and operational readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:
