We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using commercial dishwashers or manual washing methods.
Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
Clean and sanitize dishwashing equipment and storage areas regularly.
Dispose of trash and recycling according to hotel policies.
Organizing & Storing:
Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware in designated areas.
Ensure that dishes and equipment are neatly organized and accessible for use by kitchen staff.
Assisting with Kitchen Tasks:
Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed, such as peeling vegetables, chopping ingredients, or organizing supplies.
Help keep the kitchen workstations clean and organized.
Inventory Support:
