Job Description:
L3Harris is a world-recognized aerospace and defense leader providing propulsion and energetics to its space, missile defense, strategic, tactical missile and armaments customers throughout domestic and international markets. We offer a complete line of propulsion products for launch vehicles, missile defense, and advanced hypersonic propulsion. We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to be the primary interface between IT applications support and business. The main job function will support the existing implementations as well as applications supporting Quality, Shop Floor Operations, Supply Chain, & EH&S production footprint, design enhancements, and improve systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the business.
Essential Functions:
70%
- Provide functional/technical expertise along with Outsourcing oversight for implementations as well as applications supporting Quality , Shop floor Operations, Supply Chain, & EH&S. L3Harris business processes.
- Strong experience of Quality Applications configuration, installations, troubleshooting applications issue, and end user support. e.g. TipQA, TipWeb, ETQ, Non-conformance applications, Corrective Actions applications , Quality management system.
- Strong experience of Manufacturing Operations - Digital Operations, Digital Manufacturing, Ignitions Middleware Software
- Strong customer interface skills with Center of Excellence customers, L3Harris IT Application support, and L3Harris leadership required.
- Ability to drive Information Technology project closer across multiple business unit contacts
- Troubleshooting / Researching /Resolving Applications and User Reported Technical Issues or Processing discrepancies
- Experience in Support of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. i.e. Development, Test, Qualification, & Production process.eg. Jira, service now, change management
- Manage project initiatives important to the organization with general supervision
- Provides functional knowledge using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Training, and Support

- Facilitation/ participation with Full System Functional Verification in support of System Upgrades and the Upgrade of associated (Linked) environments i.e. Oracle EBS
- Provide Enterprise application health with state of the business reporting and project status
- Facilitate/ participate with Full System Functional Verification in support of System Upgrades and or the Upgrade of associated (Linked) environments i.e. Oracle EBS
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting and support

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

- SDLC process, Service now ticket management, and Jira enhancement processing
- Interpreting and evaluating data and processes
- Web Programming basics
- Communication protocols for Shop floor Manufacturing Machines (CNC)

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
