What we are Looking for

The Cost Estimator is a hands-on quoting and cost estimating position, responsible for on-time completion of customer quote activity. The position will work closely with customers, production and sales to develop price quotes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Print Card/Print Quotes
  • Send pricing
  • Set up new customers
  • Organize and internally manage ink swatches
  • Assist in price in/decreases.
  • Consult with necessary personnel in order to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Data entry and file updates on customer info, specs, etc.
  • Assisting Customer Service team with order entry when needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Attributes

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Demonstrated computer skills in Excel, MS Windows, Internet and Outlook;
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
