Support Tech, LLC is seeking a proactive, highly driven Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help power our rapid growth. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts—sourcing top-tier global talent, managing candidate pipelines, and guiding applicants smoothly through the hiring lifecycle through onboarding.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide who possess flawless English communication skills (written and spoken) and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Core Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Aggregation: Proactively source, headhunt, and aggregate qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, tech communities, and direct outreach.

  • Pipeline Management: Guide potential talent seamlessly through every phase of the hiring funnel, from initial outreach and screening to interview scheduling and offer presentation.

  • Candidate Screening: Assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and culture fit through structured initial interviews.

  • Onboarding Execution: Facilitate the transition from candidate to team member by coordinating onboarding documentation, equipment setup, and orientation schedules.
