This role will be conducted in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing flexibility in scheduling and work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to tailor individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Facilitate clear and ongoing communication between supervisors, direct care staff, families, and other relevant stakeholders regarding client progress, adjusting care strategies as necessary.
• Develop, share, and maintain a tentative schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor and enhance client treatment efficiency.
• Coordinate and conduct home visits as needed, ensuring that in-home observations, chart reviews, and interviews are executed thoroughly.
• Effectively implement and monitor the treatment program plans, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices.
• Engage in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding client care and treatment collaboration.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track developments and evaluate outcomes over time.
• Offer training sessions for staff and team members, ensuring they are well-versed in program implementation and necessary documentation procedures.
• Regularly conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support and resources for clients.
• Manage and maintain accurate client records, ensuring they are easily accessible to all relevant parties, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.
• Act as a liaison with the public and mental health community to foster relationships that support program development and client success.
• Assist in creating innovative training materials and procedures aimed at enhancing programs for individuals.

This position allows counselors to work with a diverse range of clients, including both youth and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to implement tailored interventions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and substance use. • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, particularly in a clinical setting, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and approach to mental health.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Demonstrable understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a healthcare team, ensuring cohesive care delivery.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms is essential.

Experience in specialized therapeutic techniques is advantageous, particularly those focusing on family dynamics, trauma recovery, and group counseling methods. Additionally, familiarity with integrated care approaches and evidence-based practices will enhance your application.

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, contingent on your experience and caseload capabilities.
