Data Specialist Reporting Duties:

• Retrieving data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining internal databases.
• Ability to create graphs from data compilation using Excel or other software programs.
• Ability to accurately compile, analyze, and summarize data of a complex nature and communicate this effectively in oral and written form. 
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual call volume reports for CVSPH
• Completes quarterly and annual reports for CVSPH's stakeholders counties
• Completes monthly and annual reports for all afterhours contracts (calaveras county, Kings View counseling Services and Tuolumne County).
• Completes monthly and annual reports for any other Product Line under CVSPH crisis line services
• Completes a monthly common Metrics report for National suicide prevention Lifeline (NSPL) and NSPL Backup center.
• Track and create reports for National 988 program.
• Tracks call logs, call types, average handle time for call center.
• of the call overview logs, including requesting iCarol reports, integrating 8x8 data.
• Completes any other data-related tasks as requested by the program manager and/or the county stakeholders.
• Uphold accreditation standards through data reporting.
• Track and report out GVSPH stakeholder county data to CVSPH program manager and respective counties.
• Retrieve and analyze data for suicide prevention follow up program.
• Analyze call volume reports for adequate staffing patterns. 15. create ADHOC reports and report out on specific data requests.
