Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to work full time in a high-quality, patient-focused family medicine & walk-in clinic in downtown Brampton. Only serious applicants seeking meaningful, long-term employment should apply. All applicants should have exceptional English language skills. A second language is an asset. Job open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents only.

Prior experience as an MOA is an asset but not a necessity. Applicants must either have experience working with OSCAR EMR, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and answering phones and emails, or demonstrate a high level of tech-savvy and an ability to learn quickly. Top candidates will be self-motivated, versatile, and held to a high standard of integrity.

Successful interviewees will work several paid shadow shifts before a contract will be issued. Employees are expected to demonstrate a high level of competency during a very intense, brief training period, and maintain a high performance standard for the duration of their employment. Opportunities to increase hourly pay are offered every 3 months for the first year, and annually thereafter.
