Need an Architect level resource, who Evaluate current network, gather data, work with a PM, Do meetings, Order circuits and write a MOP.
For the configuration that needs to be reviewed and then implement.
Visio design is a must.
Ability to consultatively articulate complex technical findings to more experienced management in clear, concise, understandable terms
Proficient knowledge and understanding in the following key areas:
