Fine Dining Server

We are looking for an experienced and passionate server to join our team! Ideally, someone with fine dining experience and someone who is comfortable handling fast paced environments. You will be responsible for assisting guests in choosing dinner and wine pairings, explaining and answering any questions regarding our food and drink menu, and effectively offering recommendations and up-selling to improve guests experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a smile
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu/bar/wine
• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Clearly explain chef specials and answer questions
• Offer recommendations and up-sell to improve guests' experience
• Carry heavy trays of food and beverages
• Enforce rules and regulations in regard to alcohol consumption/purchase
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Provide checks and collect payment from guests
• Follow all health department regulations
• Arrive on time for all shifts, pre-shifts, ready to receive assigned tasks, review menu and event specifics
• Complete all side-work as directed and perform other duties as assigned
• Uphold the integrity of the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group by demonstrating ethical behaviors

Qualifications:
