CR is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's CR agenda and initiatives by crafting goals, policies and initiatives that align with and support the firm's business strategies and operational objectives and support the communities where we do business. The Division includes Global Philanthropy, Global Government Relations and Public Policy, the JPMorgan Chase Institute and Sustainable Finance.
Salesforce Implementation

We have taken a team based approach to the rollout and are in need of an Implementation Manager who will focus on executing on the strategic roadmap and working to build a thematic calendar of enhancements to continuously meet the needs of our teams post the heavier implementation period.

Specific Responsibilities

We are seeking an implementation manager with at least 5-7 years of direct Salesforce implementation and delivery experience. Your primary focus will be:

  • Collaborate with program manager, system admin, and workforce technology to scope, plan, and deliver against each team implementation in accordance with success metrics
  • Manage the SDLC end to end, including process flow documentation, requirements development, functional specification and mockup creation, translation to technical team, developing test scripts, running UAT sessions, and supporting with training material creation
  • As the product owner for Salesforce, execute on the day-to-day scope of each Salesforce implementation balancing best solution against change impacts/potential disruption
  • Manage transition from hyper care to our operating model
  • Manage the Salesforce thematic delivery calendar (roadmap) and business prioritization board review process (new features, bug fixes, etc.) 
  • Support workforce technology in delivery of backlog items while incorporating Salesforce release schedule (major, minor, maintenance), anticipate potential impacts
  • As more teams are onboarded, this role may also support system admin activities
Qualifications
  • Believe in the power of the platform and demonstrate commitment to continuously learning
  • 5+ years of experience directly configuring Salesforce, with priority on recent experience
  • Depth of experience in configuring Salesforce lightening components
  • Depth of experience using Salesforce flow and process builder
  • Ability to interface easily with business to translate needs/wants into Salesforce requirements
  • Ability to make recommendations on solutions, outlining pros/cons of each while considering scalability
  • Ability to create entity review diagrams and effectively communicate implications of decisions (i.e. building in a certain way and what the impact is if there are changes to this structure)
  • Ability to prepare change sets or use XML packages for deploying code between lower environments, understanding you may be precluded from production deployment
  • Comfort with creating and executing test scripts
  • Previous experience with process improvement initiatives 
  • Understanding of visibility settings (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, etc.)
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce delivery manager or Salesforce consultant preferred
  • Team-oriented - demonstrated solid team player, as well as passion to develop staff members to reach their highest potential through mentoring and coaching.
  • Detail-oriented - must be disposed to the relentless pursuit of perfection and precise outcomes.
  • Must be flexible and willing to embrace the inevitable changes that the nature of the job will require
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
