Qualifications:
- Creativity: Knowledge of ingredients and how to use them in a creative way.
- Leadership Skills: Sous chefs are in charge of managing the entire kitchen, from the dishwasher to the cooks. Be a good leader, who can assign tasks, and motivate workers in a high-stress environment.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: All chefs work with knives and must have excellent technique when cutting and preparing food. Hand-eye coordination is needed.
- Knowledgeable: Someone that knows how to work in every station of the line ie: pizza, pasta, beef, seafood.
- Time Management Skills: Kitchens get busy quickly, food can get ruined easily if you cannot manage your time.
We are a medium sized, family owned, fast pace Italian Restaurant looking for someone to compliment our existing staff. We are a family casual- fine dining
