10+ years' experience in above skills with experience in client facing roles in AMS Support projects.
Knowledge of Quality Models, Problem Solving & Decision Mkg, Conflict Resolution, Customer Expectation Mgmt., Personal & Team Leadership, SAP Vehicle Management System, SAP SD

2. Job Summary : The onsite SAP OTC & VMS Team Lead will oversee the support and management of SAP SD and SAP Vehicle Management System projects. With a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring seamless integration, the role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will work from the client office @Normal, IL during day shifts.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate SAP SD and SAP Vehicle Management System AMS support work to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project execution. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Optimize system processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible for future reference.
Qualifications :
- Possess strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP Vehicle Management System to effectively manage projects.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess project data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Have a proven track record of successful S/4 HANA OTC & VMS support projects
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field to support technical and managerial responsibilities.
- S/4 HANA certification in OTC is preferred
