Job Description:-
  • Minimum of 10 years total work experience in SAP PP-PI (Process Industry) and SAP QM
  • Experience in SAP Production Planning encompassing following skills :-
  • PP-Demand Management,
  • PP-Long Term Planning,
  • PP-Master data,
  • PP-Process Order execution,
  • PP Integration
  • End to end Process Manufacturing experience, Master data including material master, BOM, Recipes, Production versions, Change numbers, MRP planning, Process order execution.
  • Integration with other modules like Costing, MM, WM, QM.
  • Interface experience with MES.
  • Hands on with SAP PP configuration and design , ALM testing, User training and project related documentation.
  • Configuration experience with SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules
  • Experience in the following areas: planning, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, sales.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading the implementation and integration of shop floor systems with other systems, such as MES and LIMS
  • Ability to write requirements definitions and design specifications clearly.
  • Developing functional specifications and testing enhancements for ECC.
  • The ability to train users on ECC PP and QM (MRP, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, and MPS).
  • Experience setting up master data in SAP ECC for production planning, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
  • Integration of SAP PP/QM with SAP ME, MII, and LIMS will be an added benefit.
