Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Analytics Consultant with over 4 years of experience in data analytics and marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical skillset in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis, alongside deep knowledge of marketing analytics frameworks and consumer behavior analysis. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer journeys across digital platforms and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. This position requires a strong ability to support executive-level decision-making and assist in the preparation and presentation of strategic reports.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis on customer behavior, including customer segmentation and clickstream data analysis from digital assets (mobile app, website, etc.).
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns in marketing data that will inform decision-making.
- Design and implement A/B testing and experiments to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Leverage marketing analytics frameworks such as customer segmentation, and attribution analysis to provide strategic insights.
- Use SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to provide actionable insights from various data sources.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and executives, distilling complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and help drive data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science.
- 2+ years of experience in Risk Analytics or Marketing preferred.
- Past experience of working with SQL, Python, SAS and Tableau. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- Ability to write and create decks and very good communication skills. Ability to present insights and recommendations in a concise manner
- Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives etc.
- Educational Background: Bachelors or MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Quantitative fields preferred
