Job Title: Tech Lead - (70% Angular, 30% Java)
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Note: Tech Lead based in New Jersey to manage 2 squads and work with Product Manager.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team. Collaborate with Product Owner to plan, achieve outcomes, and report results. Ensure high-quality technical contributions, address risks, and maintain efficient delivery.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of complex projects; track and report delivery and NFR metrics
- Identify and address technical and architectural risks, including downtime and security
- Participate in design reviews and own system design accountability
- Negotiate scope, speed, and quality trade-offs with Product Owner
- Break down projects, create execution plans, monitor team pace
- Mentor engineers and support performance and career development
- Participate in hiring and headcount planning
- Share knowledge and contribute to cross-team initiatives
