We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. The ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable enterprise applications, leading development teams, and working in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

15+ years of Java development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8+)

Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices

Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)

Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms

Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA

Knowledge of Docker, Git, OpenShift, CI/CD
