Position: Java Backend Lead Developer

Location: Southlake, TX – 3 days a week, Day one onsite.
Hire Type: FTE ( Full Time ) Only - No Contractors
Salary: $140K (Based on candidates’ experience and interview feedback) 

***Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
Job Description:

 Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka.
Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch, PCF
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years). 
  • Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience. 
  • Must be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects. 
  • Must have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, PCF, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka
  • Should have hands-on experience in their current projects. 
  • Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies. 
  • Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool. 
  •  Good Communication. 
  • 100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)
