Front of House Job Duties and Requirements

You'll be greeting customers, tossing salads, slinging slices into the finishing ovens, and ringing people up. You'll also be answering phones and entering orders into our system for pick-ups and deliveries. While the #1 job is to serve customers, you're also going to do some cleaning and stocking. Not to brag... but we work with some great people! So you'll have a great team at your side during the busiest times.

Requirements of the job...

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must be 18+ to apply.

Scheduling

9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's Pizza! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically wrap up 1-2 hours after closing time. Most employees work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing).

Current Hours at North Ave: Sunday-Thursday 11am-12am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am.

If you are applying for our North Ave (East Side) or Juneau Ave (Downtown) locations, availability for at least 1 weekend shift and 1 late night shift per week is strongly preferred. If you are applying for our Story Hill location on Bluemound Road, availability for at least 1 weekend shift per week is strongly preferred.

Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.

With pizza stands inside American Family Field and UWM Panther Arena, there's tons of opportunity to change up your work environment! We also have regular pop-ups at breweries, weddings and beyond! Offsite events either come with an $1/hour or very generous tips! Brewer games, for example, can have you taking home up to $20/hour just in tips!
