Job Responsibilities

Line Cooks are responsible for the day-to-day production, preparation, and execution of all food items hot and cold.
All Cooks will maintain a clean work environment and minimize food waste.
Ensuring the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
Making sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Cleaning prep areas and ensuring proper food storage
Stocking inventory and supplies
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
Reporting to the executive chef and following instructions.

Job Requirements

ServSafe California Certification.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently on a team.
