Your Future Team
Our Technology Integration and Service team is looking for a Project Manager to join our team of Merger and Acquisition Integration specialists. This hands-on leadership role joins a team that aims to make the integration of newly acquired businesses as seamless and minimally disruptive as possible through solid project management, communications, and change management.
What You’ll Do
- Project Management throughout the deal lifecycle from Operational Due Diligence to post-conversion transition to Business as Usual
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IT integration strategies for merging or acquiring organizations.
- Coordinate and track the implementation of IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall M&A goals and timelines.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to IT integration and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams, business units, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology acquisition and integration.
- Proven ability in relationship management within engagement management, customer service, or end-user support.
- Hands-on experience with transition projects across infrastructure, services, and software.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Preferred M&A and finance experience.
What We Offer
- Hybrid work schedule (minimum of 4 days in office)
- Hourly rate of $55 to $60 (exact hourly amount will be dependent on experience)
