Job Description

We are seeking a Front of House employee to join our team. With the help of a strong management team, you will help open a new concept that will thrive on good food and mutual respect.

$15 and hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

Provide superior service and authentic hospitality to our guests.
Participate in all aspects of the restaurant's front of house operations.
Cooperate with and support your other team members.
Ensure the highest levels of quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
Support, work with, and help in the kitchen.
Participate in a positive culture that actively avoids toxicity.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and communication skills.
Previous experience with restaurant/hospitality industries.
Positive and cooperative attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong and reliable work ethic.

Requirements:

Must work with all other employees in a way that respects the their dignity. We are neither a school of hard knocks or a place for toxic hostility.
