Job description
HealthPartners Riverway is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. This is a full-time float position supporting the HealthPartners Riverway Elk River and Park Nicollet Champlin Clinics. Based on operational needs, additional clinic work sites may include HealthPartners Riverway Andover, HealthPartners Riverway Anoka, Park Nicollet Maple Grove, Park Nicollet Minnetonka, Park Nicollet Plymouth, Park Nicollet Rogers, and Park Nicollet Wayzata Clinics.

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position will provide in-person patient care and clinical inbasket support. Experience preferred.

LOCATIONS AND WORK SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE Float
The primary work sites for this position are HealthPartners Riverway Elk River and Park Nicollet Champlin Clinics. Based on operational needs, additional clinic work sites may include HealthPartners Riverway Andover, HealthPartners Riverway Anoka, Park Nicollet Maple Grove, Park Nicollet Minnetonka, Park Nicollet Plymouth, Park Nicollet Rogers, and Park Nicollet Wayzata Clinics.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Our Elk River clinic is located under an hour from the heart of the Twin Cities. Elk River offers plenty to do, such as Woodland Trails Regional Park, Bailey Point Nature Preserve, Pinewood Golf Club and Orono Park, which is located right on the shores of Lake Orono. Every summer, the city gets together for Elk River Fest, including family-friendly entertainment along the Mississippi River.
Bordering the Mississippi River, Champlin is home to highly rated schools and fantastic restaurants like Clive's Roadhouse. Elm Creek Park Reserve is a great spot for the outdoor-oriented, complete with a 29-acre fenced-in, off-leash dog park. A bike shop, boutique stores and artisan market make up a few of the shops in downtown Champlin. Less than a half hour from downtown Minneapolis, Champlin is a quick drive to all your favorite downtown activities.
