Leading Medical Group looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP working in a pain management setting located in beautiful Northern NH!

  • 25-bed critical access hospital offering medical, surgical and intensive care services
  • State-of-the-art technology, while maintaining the personalized care of a community hospital
  • Strong leadership and a dedicated community that allows the organization to meet the ever-changing requirements of today's healthcare environment

Benefits and Features:

  • Competitive salary based on experience + $15,000 sign on bonus
  • Excellent benefits and PTO (Health, Life, Dental, Vision and CME coverage)
  • Up to $20K for relocation


Your Role with the Company:

  • Full-time, 4 days per week, 8AM-5PM
  • NP will work in the Berlin location Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Colebrook location on Tuesdays
  • APP will see an adult population
  • Nurse Practitioner will join a high functioning pain management team providing office based pain management to new and established patients

  • Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner / AGNP
  • 2+ years experience in pain management
