Sous Chef - Scratch Kitchen

Restaurant Sous Chef Requirements:

• Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager
• Exposure to sales volumes of $3 million (or more) per year
• 2 years of leadership in preferably chef-driven concepts or quality scratch kitchens
