Do you consider yourself to be a highly technical, strong communicator with the desire to work in a team environment on complex projects? Gilbane is seeking a VDC Manager to lead VDC Engineers on constructability and coordination tasks on a project through use of technology and processes. May oversee one large complex project, or multiple smaller projects to support the enterprise initiatives. This role will sit primarily in the office but may travel to the project job sites meeting with the project teams and subcontractors.

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For (Columbus, OH) this ranges from $108,000-$137,500 plus benefits and retirement program.
