Responsibilities
Seek out and use service-related guest feedback and takes appropriate action to continually improve the level of service, drive overall guest satisfaction, increase return visits and reduce guest complaints.
Develop and implement plans to continually improve guest satisfaction in the areas of server attentiveness and table cleanliness.
Concentrate on training service personnel, to continually improve the guest experience.
Ensure safety, sanitation and security guidelines are followed at all times and immediately resolve any items identified in inspections.
Reinforce selling behaviors to maximize guest experience, not your tip. We are different that way. A happy guest will more likely return when not being pressured by upselling.
Create and foster a brewery gastropub-type culture
Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests are greeted promptly, served promptly and wished a good day upon leaving.
Maintain a manager log of significant daily activities, projects, and events.
Qualifications
Required: Two to five years of restaurant management experience working in a high-volume, full-service concept.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Job Type:
Job is full-time and is shared with one other FOH manager. The two managers will decide their weekly schedules together.
The schedule can vary: Generally, its a 50 to 55-hour week and 10-hour shifts - days and/or evenings, holidays, and weekends. Two days off per week; decided between the FOH managers
