Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Benefits Producer to join our team. This role specializes in designing, selling, and managing executive benefit programs tailored to meet the needs of highly compensated employees and key executives within organizations. This includes but is not limited to non-qualified deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), COLI, Executive DI, and other benefits funded through life insurance or other financial instruments. This role is both consultative and sales-driven, requiring expertise in executive compensation, tax strategies, and insurance solutions.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
