What are Lead Producers?

Lead Producers are professionals who oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, particularly in industries like film, television, video games, or live events. Their responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and teams, ensuring that creative and technical aspects align with project goals. Lead Producers act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and team members, resolving issues and making key decisions to keep the project on track.
