Are you a visionary event strategist and execution leader ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead the charge in crafting unforgettable experiences for our client's most important events. This pivotal leadership role empowers you to be the single, accountable point of contact for the strategic experiences you own. You will develop comprehensive strategies, execution plans, and ensure flawless delivery from concept through on-site execution and post-event analysis. This unique opportunity allows you to grow strategic and execution capabilities, extending your influence across multiple high-profile events and cross-pollinating learnings to scale impact across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned experiences, taking full ownership of the budget, stakeholder presentations, executive review cycles, and assurance of all milestone deliveries.
  • Develop the overarching strategy, approach, and execution plan for each assigned experience, and lead one or more activations on site.
  • Manage three to four activations per event across the portfolio, ensuring concepts and learnings are effectively shared and scaled across various key events.
  • Oversee the central event Hub and facilitate knowledge transfer, maintaining consistency in the operational model from one event to the next.
  • Provide critical communications, web, and mobile inputs, own the measurement plan, and deliver comprehensive post-event wrap reports.
  • Maintain current centralized documentation and front-load planning to ensure scope, statements of work, and purchase orders are locked early, minimizing rework.
  • Partner closely with external agencies and the internal full-time team to effectively resource and deliver activations within a collaborative agency model.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale experiential or event programs from end-to-end, encompassing strategy development through on-site execution.
  • A proven track record of owning budgets, managing executive reviews, and leading stakeholder communications for flagship or enterprise-scale events.
  • Ability to skillfully manage several concurrent activations and to flex capacity efficiently across a dynamic, multi-event calendar.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including expertise in directing creative and production agencies, and effectively partnering with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Excellent planning, documentation, and program-management discipline, complemented by confident executive-level communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Expertise in event activations is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with agency and supplier operating models, including the intricacies of statement-of-work and purchase-order processes.
  • Experience bridging experience strategy and design or production hand-off within an agency model.
