We're looking for a highly organized, strategically minded, and hands-on Traveling Video Producer & Creative Strategist to join our growing Creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, content production, and client collaboration.
Position Overview
The Traveling Video Producer & Creative Strategist is responsible for leading and executing digital content productions for BMG360 clients across paid and organic channels. This role combines the responsibilities of a producer, content director, and creative strategist, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will travel to client locations to oversee and direct content shoots, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, build production strategies and creative briefs, and ensure all content aligns with platform best practices and performance marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate understands what makes great content work across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging social platforms and can translate business objectives into compelling creative that drives engagement, leads, and growth.
What You'll Do
Creative Strategy & Content Development
  • Develop platform-specific creative strategies for paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Create detailed creative briefs, production plans, shot lists, and content frameworks for client productions.
  • Partner with Paid Social, Creative, Organic Social, and Client Services teams to identify content opportunities and performance insights.
  • Translate audience insights, platform trends, and campaign objectives into actionable creative concepts.
  • Contribute to creative ideation sessions and proactively bring innovative content ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining strong performance marketing principles.

Video Production & Content Creation
  • Travel 1-2 times per month to client locations to lead content productions.
  • Direct on-camera talent, creators, employees, customers, and brand representatives during shoots.
  • Execute and oversee filming for both paid media and organic social content.
  • Capture content designed specifically for:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube (Paid & Organic)
  • Shorts, Reels, and emerging video formats
  • Manage production timelines, logistics, shot execution, and content organization.
  • Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to ensure final deliverables meet creative and strategic objectives.
  • Review edits and provide actionable feedback throughout the post-production process.

Client Leadership & Communication
  • Serve as a client-facing representative of BMG360 during productions and creative planning sessions.
  • Present creative concepts, production strategies, and content recommendations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and production deliverables across multiple accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Paid Social, Organic Social, Creative, Design, and Account teams to align content initiatives with larger marketing goals.
  • Leverage campaign performance data and platform insights to inform future creative recommendations.
  • Support ongoing testing initiatives by identifying opportunities for creative iteration and optimization.

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on video production experience.
  • 5+ years of digital creative strategy experience.
  • Experience leading on-location content productions from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of social-first content creation and platform best practices.
  • Experience developing content for paid media campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
