Provide aspirational job development and placement services as part of a Project SEARCH/FCC team. SUMMARY:The Job Developer provides aspirational job development and placement services as part of the Job Path/ Project SEARCH Team. Identifies interns’ strengths, interests, and abilities related to career counseling, job development, and placement at the Project SEARCH host business or a community employer. Assists team in determining what supports and/or adaptations may be needed for training and successful employment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
