This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about cosmetic medicine, enjoys patient-facing autonomy, and wants to play a key role in building a rapidly growing aesthetic practice from the ground up.

The position will begin part-time with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time role within approximately 3–6 months.

  • Skin tightening and body contouring
  • Scar reduction and skin rejuvenation
  • Patient consultations and treatment planning

The clinic utilizes Morpheus8, a leading radiofrequency microneedling platform commonly used for:

  • Skin tightening
  • Loose skin after weight loss
  • Scar treatment
  • Body contouring
  • Skin rejuvenation

Core Responsibilities

The provider will primarily:

  • Learn and operate aesthetic equipment and devices
  • Perform cosmetic and med spa procedures
  • Manage patient appointments and follow-up care
  • Build strong patient relationships and retention
  • Help grow and expand the clinic’s aesthetic offerings
  • Contribute to the development of future cosmetic services

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the aesthetics space and take ownership of a developing service line.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about aesthetics and med spa medicine
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy
  • Patient-focused with strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and excited about helping grow a new program
  • Interested in long-term growth within cosmetic medicine

Experience in aesthetics is preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
