Job Description

Job Summary: Flex is seeking a highly motivated sales representative for to sell all forms of both Residential and Commercial Low Voltage Systems, including:

Alarm systems
Camera Systems
Access Control
Computer/IT Infrastructure
Distributed Audio
Distributed Video
Home Automation
Home Theater
Sonos Sound Systems

The Ideal candidate would have at least (3) years of direct sales experience to End Users, General Contractors and Electrical Contractors. This is an excellent ground-floor opportunity to grow with a fast-rising company. We are looking for specialists in both Commercial and Residential.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional.

Strong knowledge of general technology including smart home, automation, video monitoring, video doorbell, smart thermostats, etc.

Experience in alarm, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, networking and other low-voltage applications a plus

Experience in the building/construction industry, home service sales (pest control, lawn care, electrical, HVAC) a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide canvassing and self lead generation for residential and commercial accounts

Prepare comprehensive costing and proposals

Manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment

Be self-motivated, providing quality work unsupervised

Interact with customers and technicians in a professional manner

Provide 1-2 Sales per week through lead generating activities

Provide sales presentations to warm leads delivered through digital executions
