Bilingual Medical Assistant

Location: Galleria area

Temp to Hire

$15 to $17 an hour

Non-Profit Neurology specialty clinic located in the Galleria area needs a compassionate Bilingual Medical Assistant to provider superior care for individuals with special needs. Patients range from all ages, but all have similar needs with various treatment offerings. Become part of a Houston based team that is supported by a national presence and national support. Bilingual Medical Assistant’s Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling virtual patient appointments
Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms
Calling in routine prescription refills
Managing Patient Assistance Program

Bilingual Medical Assistant’s Qualifications

To be considered for the BILINGUAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT position, you will need the following:

At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Attention to detail, ability to follow up with patients regarding missing documentation
Medical Assistant Diploma
Medical Assistant Certification is highly preferred
Ability to start position as soon as possible
