Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer / Integration Engineer to join our growing technology team in support of a mission-critical Government customer. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and enterprise network monitoring platforms. Your work will help drive automation, enhance network visibility, and elevate IT service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom scripting
Develop and automate workflows for incident management, change management, and network provisioning
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing operational support
Monitor integration performance and optimize reliability, scalability, and efficiency
Collaborate closely with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives
Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term team success
Required Education, Experience & Skills
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers / Integration Specialists with a passion for enterprise technology and automation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) is preferred, along with 11+ years of relevant experience, including:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
Strong experience integrating network management and monitoring applications via APIs and orchestration tools
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, VPNs, firewalls, and QoS
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification
Experience with SD-WAN technologies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Background supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments with complex system integrations
