The Verizon Customer Service Representative’s main objective is to promote the most affordable, efficient, and fast services on behalf of Verizon. Building a solid relationship with customers by providing exceptional customer support, giving detailed product presentations, and having a strong passion for exceptional communication is required for all Verizon Customer Service Representatives. We are ecstatic to welcome an individual to our Verizon Customer Service team to help support both our customer service and sales departments!
Verizon Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Main an up-to-date knowledge on all products and promotional campaigns to be able to give the most accurate deal possible to all of our consumers
- Examine client’s internet speed to make sure they are currently running the most effective possible web speed at also an affordable price
- Build relationships with clients to better understand their telecommunication goals/needs while coordinating the sales process
- Communicate with a professional and friendly tone to make sure the client feels the comfortability to approach the company with concerns or sales inquiries
- Focus on the direct promotion of all of our partner's services in different and exciting ways to keep our core clientele base while attracting new ones in the process
- Represent our company’s mission and culture by going the extra mile and taking the initiative with coworkers, clientele, and higher-level account management
- Train with executive-level account managers to grow skills from the entry-level into a more senior sales management role
Verizon Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- 1+ years of customer service or sales experience
- An initiative-driven mindset
- Comfortability in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- The ability to work well in teams as well as excel individually
- A passion for working hands-on with clientele
