DJ&A is preparing to transition from our current CRM platform to Deltek VantagePoint, and we are seeking a CRM Manager to lead this implementation and establish the foundation for long-term success.
This role will guide the firm through system configuration, data migration, workflow design, governance development, and firmwide rollout, with a target implementation by year-end. Following launch, the CRM Manager will serve as system owner, driving adoption, reporting, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
The CRM Manager is both a hands-on system owner and a strategic partner to DJ&A’s business development and marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structured systems, leading change across teams, and translating CRM data into actionable business insight.
